New submission from Rose
So, I was on the train back from Paddington, with two friedns, when I noticed the man opposite me was staring at me in a rather creepy way. I ignored it, until he took his phone out – and without even asking for any kind of permission – took a photo of me – I’ve had a couple of bad experiences in the past , but this really was horrible – I tried to move but my friends told me “not to make a scene” and wouldn’t let me – now I really wish I had. When it got to our stop, the guy tried to talk to me, which I quickly shut it down with “p*ss off you creep” – not too harsh I don’t think. I was kind of shaken up afterwards, that a random stranger had a picture of me on his phone and was going to godknowswhat with it. I wish I had moved and told my friends to shut up (they were laughing) because it wasn’t funny, it was downright creepy. Has this happened to anyone else or just me?

I think you might need some better, more understanding friends. This is a horrible invasion of your privacy, taking a photo of you, without asking, in a public place like that, of course it made you feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
