Would you like to host a Hollaback workshop, talk or seminar at your school/college/workplace/community centre/women’s group meeting?
We offer interactive, educational and thought-provoking sessions to get people thinking about street harassment, look at how to be safe and what people can do to help combat these issues. Our workshops have been featured on the BBC 4 Radio documentary “My name is not Hey Baby.”
The sessions can be informal and discussion-based, or offer more of a straight forward talk or presentation about what we do and how to get involved in the global-anti street harassment movement, as well as giving practical skills, workshopping how to deal with harassers, the reasons behind harassment and the continuum of gender-based violence.
We charge a small fee, negotiable to cover expenses and promotional material but are happy to waiver where necessary. We can and will travel, and Hollaback London facilitators hold an advance DBS check, as well as plenty of experience working with vulnerable groups and young people.
